what are we all about?

Hi, I’m Courtney. I love coffee, hiking in the mountains and cats, just to name a few. But my love for furniture started young—rearranging my living room as a kid, I didn’t realize how fascinated I was with the way furniture can transform a space. A new layout could change the entire feel of a room, make it cozier, more functional, or just more me. That curiosity eventually developed into a career as an Interior Designer.

Before founding Studio Woods Vintage, I spent over a decade working with boutique hospitality design firms in NYC and Austin, TX. Along the way, I honed my knowledge of furniture styles, sourcing, and trends. What I discovered is a deep passion for finding unique pieces that make a house feel like a home.

For me, vintage furniture is a way to bring history, character, and unexpected charm into a space. I’ve always been drawn to well-crafted pieces with stories to tell, and I love rescuing these treasures from being forgotten, giving them a new life, and letting their spirit shine.
